Whether it is a babbling brook, running river, roaring fall or the vast ocean, you will find me there with a camera. I am not sure what it is about a body of water I find so appealing, but whatever it is I am drawn to it. The images in the blog are places I have visited before at different times of the year, I wanted to go back and see the Fall colors, so glad I did. Wamesit Falls Overlook and Muldoon Park are in South Lowell great places to walk or just relax and enjoy the view.

Relaxing Place After Work
I just sat here relaxed, listened to the fall and watched the ducks. I love the sound of the water fall.

Wamesit Falls Overlook
This location was my second trip for the morning. I love this place, when I got home and showed the images to my son, his comment,” I had no idea this is in Lowell”. Take a ride down Lawrence Street in South Lowell park, walk around a bit and enjoy the view.

Snapping in Dracut, MA
Yes, I was at it again today. I wanted to get a few sunset, water shots, but I was a bit late. I still did what I could, this location is behind the Dracut Sewer Company. I was also fortunate to get a grandpa and grandson fishing.

At the Marsh
]I am somehow drawn to this marsh area on Billings Street in Lowell, each time I drive by I get the urge to stop and take pictures. It is not the cleanest place, it smells terrible, and looks like it is being used as a dump site at times. In any event I am still drawn to it due to the abundance of ducks. Big ones, small ones just swimming around and having fun, they are a beauty to watch. Once I went by there was a lady sitting and feeding them, I am not sure how she tolerates the stench, but then again I am there with her too, snapping away. I wish there could be more done to clean up the area, where people have discarded unwanted items.
